Chief is a lace up shoe. This style has a padded heel cup and tongue for ultimate comfort. Chief features padded technical lining in the front for comfort, warmth and moisture absorption. The Executive Collection features a polyurethane sole with a metal shank. This collection uses hand-sewn Strobel construction making it strong and extremely flexible. The Handcrafted version is very special…the leather is hand dyed to create a unique pair just for you, and the result is the special colour blend shown.
